EARN 14 CEU's

Students enrolled in this program will earn the maximum allowable 14 Continuing Education Units to help maintain their yearly requirements as a CrossFit Professional Trainer.

Hosting Requirements*

  • Minimum Enrollment (Lower 48 States): 12
  • Minimum Enrollment (Outside of the US): 16
  • 2,500 square feet of open floor space (must be able to drop barbells)
  • Two bench stations (Minimum)
  • Two squat racks (Minimum)
  • Two Barbells for deadlifts (Minimum)
  • One complete set of plates for each barbell (Recommended - 2x45lbs, 2x25lbs, 2x10lbs, 2x10kg, 2x5lbs)
  • At least one 4×8 dry erase board
  • Wifi access
  • One Bathroom
  • Name Tags
  • Chairs or suitable classroom setting for lecture presentation

*We reserve the right to cancel the course at any time based on low enrollment. In the event that a course is cancelled, 100% of the enrollment fees will be refunded.

Course Outline

The Conjugate Strength Training Course is designed to expand a participant's knowledge of the back squat, bench press, deadlift, their variants, and accessory work. The course identifies and optimizes strengths, corrects weaknesses, and reduces exposure to injury in training and sport.
